A Night In Tunisia (open)

It couldn't be helped, she was restless and edgy. Reign didn't have a clue -why- either, it was just the way it was. Ordinarily she would have called The Boy and dragged him out or just jumped him, but he had the new job. So she was improvising.

She'd already stirred up trouble at a rather low class pool hall. That had been fun and earned her a couple hundred bucks. That hadn't blown off quite enough steam though she still wanted to be out. Somehow, she wound up at Shade's. It really wasn't a surprise, she loved jazz and the blues and this club was one of the places she felt most at home. It reminded her of some clubs she used to sneak in while underage back home.

Walking in she let the atmosphere wash over her and even though the music was a high-energy big band sound, she almost immediately relaxed. This was what she'd needed. The dance floor had a mid sized crowed, but it was mostly couples. That didn't bother her though, not really, she made her way out onto the floor and started to move. Reign wasn't a great dancer, but she didn't look like an idiot. Eventually she was claimed as a partner by another single dancer. While not able to do any of the fancy air steps they had a good time for several songs until the band wrapped up and another started to set up.

Still she waved off his offer for company when she decided she'd had enough. Instead, she went to the bar ordered a drink and found a table in the back of the place. The new band started in on one of her all time favorites, A Night In Tunisia, she put her feet up on the chair next to her, smiled to herself and just enjoyed.
