New section - Resident homes

There's a new subsection for the residence area. All the home descriptions have been moved to the subsection so we don't have 10 million stickies pushing all the new posts to almost the 2nd page. However, like an idiot I removed the stickies first before moving them, so everything automatically went back to its chronological order.

Please let me know if your home description is still in the main RP section. I'll move it over ASAP. Thank you.
