1. Describe your character's personality
Winter is fun loving, playful, adventerous and insane. He has periods of Pure Dementia, where he belives himself to be other people or to be in his own imagined reality, though these spells are rare, they are intense. When he's more lucid Winter is more of a Lunatic, he will scamper about for no reason, acting completely harmless, then suddenly shift and become vicious with little to no warning. Honestly he Enjoys acting crazy, he enjoys shocking people and uses this to his advantage. He will sometimes act up to be so Inept that he could not be trusted with the simplest tasks, other times he can be cold calculating and ruthlessly efficent. With Winter you never know if he's genuinely having a bout of Dementia, or if he's just acting that way for one purpose or another. in truth he's Lucid more than he'd ever want you to think, if you assume he's worthless batshit insane, you dont curb your words or actions around him.
Winter is also an adrenaline junkie, he loves anything fast and dangerous, including skydiving, ungee jumping, motorcross, extreme snowmobiling, skiing, storm chasing.. you name it and if it's dangerous, he'd try it.

2. Describe how your character would appear to a stranger (I.E. typical dress, way they carry themselves etc.)
Winter was born an Albino and later in life became a Vampire, so he has extremly pale skin, Snow white hair and pale pink eyes. often he will use stage contect lenses with a wide variety of unusual colors and patterns (example one eye may have a solid black contact the other would have a swirled green one, since whenever he wears both at once they rarely match) which have a second benefit of helping to protect his very sensitive eyes.
he sometime stripes colors into his hair (he seems to favor blue) he has black tribal tattoo's on both arms starting at the top / blade of his shoulder and working down onto his hands which stand out on his stark white skin.
his clothing is usually semi-punkish in design, favoring dark colors, and shirts with wild, silly or crude sayings on them. Winter will almost always been seen in a jack or overcoat with a hood, gloves and red or blue sunglasses (to cover his skin while in public, and shield him from excess light) on his person at all times you can find throwing knives and at least two straight razors. Though of German decent Winter does not speak with an Accent.

3.What does your character like?
winter has developed an addiction to arcade and computer games, which he will play when given a chance. He loves to blow stuff up, firewaorks, dynamite, grenades or military ordinance (all depends on what he can get his hands on). He can also often be found tearing down a freeway on a racing bike at 120 mph, often on one wheel (and not always the back wheel)

he strongly dislikes people who try and make him behave, he's smart enough to know how he can push people....most of the time

6. What are your fears? Winter winter has a fear of being irrevelant and worthless, so from time to time he decides on an important skill he thinks will make him valuable to his clan and becomes obsessed with learning it, and attempts to master it.
7. What is your character's strengths and weaknesses? Winter is fearless, he will do things others would not even consider if it was what he is bid, he is extremely loyal, at times these same strengths are his weaknessess as well. his main weakness is his instability.

Why thank you, its not often people buy me drinks, unless they want to have sex with me

buy them a bus ticket to Cleveland or Biloxi and leave them at the bus station.

hop up onto the bar and starts breaking stuff, only stopping when people get in his way, then break stuff on them.

Winters origins are shrouded in Mystery, mostly because each time he tells his tale its wildly different from the last time he told it.. examples include "I was the man in the iron mask" "I was turned by Count Dracula, or Chocula I can't remeber which" "I was an illiterite Goat herder with an extra arm before I was turned".. etc..

1567 - An Albino boy believed to be winter is a performer in a Gypsy travelling fair in and around eastern Europe.
1570 - An albino acrobat and daredevil becomes semi famous for his death defying acts in the Crestoi Carnival. (A gypsy travelling fair)
1587 - the year Winter is believed to have been Turned, at least the first reported sitings of him as a Vampire occur this year.
1589 - Winter is suspected in the murder and mutilation of three Vampires
1589 - 1644 - scattered reports of a Vampire fitting winters description travelling across Europe.
1648 - Winter is listed on the rolls of 'Honored guests' of the emperor of Japan, little is know of his activities during this time.
1767 - Vampire spies watching the revoltionary war report Winter as active in the area of North Carolina, later moving up the coast. he seems drawn to the places where he fighting is most intense.
1810 - Winter settles in New York for a number of years, he becomes associated with the Tacharan Clan.

1872 - Winter is sighted in Chicago, his activities are unknown at the time.

1922 - Winter is reputed to be Tacharan's contact with the New York Mafia.

1941 - sighted in Japan, during the War once again he seems drawn to the places where the action is most intense.
1943 - 1965 - no information
1976 - Winter is found to be living in Florida, and appaently training to fly fighter jets, and other military vechicles, it is suspected he has a high ranking offical at the air force base as a Familiar.
1979 - Winter is gaining notriaity as a Problem solver for the Tacharan Clan.
1982 - Reports come in from across Europe, he is travelling following a Gypsy Tribe.
1988 - Winter is seen once again frequenting Ramsfield Air force base in germany, he is believed to be training with Explosives. Once again it is suspected he has made a Familiar in a command position.

1995 - Winter is known to frequent Las Vegas NV. and Austin TX., reports claim that he's working or frequenting Video Game companies.
1997 - Research indicates Winter owns a shell company that owns and opperates Video Arcades in Nachton, Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. The shell companys name is 'Paleface Cottontail llc'....
2000 - spotted at Times Square NY for new years eve.
