Hair Color: Michael's hair is a dark brown, with natural light highlights.
Length and Style: Michael cuts his hair short and neat, but he often goes too long without a haircut and it gets significantly longer and messier.

Skin Color: Michael's skin is fair. He doesn't get out much, and the only tan he gets is from his computer monitor.

1. Describe your character's personality:

Michael's personality could be summed up in one word: Curious. If it were to be done in two words, the second word would be a toss-up between "Reckless"Â? and 'Restless"Â?. Michael was born with an intense desire to know every aspect of the world around him, and the events of his life have only cultivated this urge.

It is common for people to say "I don't want to know"Â? in response to the prospect of being told one of the darker truths of the world. Michael has never said this. He has yet to find any knowledge so gruesome, so deviant, or so evil that he wished he did not know the truth. What he knows and what he has seen have left him with a cynical view of the world, and he feels that there is little that could surprise him any more.

A wise man once said "Some things are better left for someone else to find."Â? Michael would be that someone. He knowingly dives headfirst into every hidden corner and cubby he finds, knowing that some day he will learn a secret that is worth killing to keep. He firmly believes that there is a vast conspiracy by someone, probably the government, and once he uncovers it he will die for it - and he would not have it any other way.

Other than this obsession, Michael is fairly normal and unremarkable. He is neither especially charismatic, nor particularly antisocial. He isn't overly talkative, but he is not shy either. His only distinct feature is that he likes to let other people do all the talking, and seems to be extremely interested in everything they say. This creeps a lot of people out, who are used to people who only feign interest while waiting for their turn to speak.

2. Describe how your character would appear to a stranger (I.E. typical dress, way they carry themselves etc.)

Michael's wardrobe is respectable, but not trendy. He does not believe that pink is the new blue. He believes that pink is pink. He would rather slit his wrists than pop his collar. His wardrobe consists of mostly jeans and shirts from department stores: nice looking, but not designer.

He is usually clean shaven and bathed, give or take a take a day or two. He carries himself with confidence, but not arrogance.

3.What does your character like?

Michael enjoys any activity that expands his horizons and teaches him something new. He is an avid reader, enjoying mainly conspiracy theory books, but branching off in to other genres such as history and detective novels. He also enjoys games of all sorts, but especially likes games like chess where intuition and strategy are key.

4. Dislike?

He hates ignorance, but hates people who have no desire to rise above it even more. Other than that, he is a pretty easygoing guy.

Michael's only fear is dying with things left uncovered.

7. What is your character's strengths and weaknesses?

Michael's strength and weaknesses come from the same place: His intense desire for knowledge. His curiosity and intuition make him a natural detective or treasure hunter, yet it also sets him up to discover dangerous knowledge.

Hobbies & Skills

Michael has spent much of the last decade on a computer, searching the internet for whatever might be out there. He has, over time, become very adept with computer software, and is a bit of a hacker. The most valuable knowledge is the best guarded.

He is also an exceptional dancer.
