Description, name of your creator: Sung Hi Lee was a member of a Japanese noble’s court. She was a real petite looker, with velvet soft black hair half way down her back. She had dark brown eyes that seemed to suck you in when you met her gaze. She her self was turned in 1814 by a young Evenhat vampire who drank too much, and had to turn her to save her. He immediately took her to the clan for help since he didn't know what to do. The clan looked after her and helped her adapt to her new unlife.
Four years later, she received an invite to her fourth cousin Kichiro Ienari’s wedding ( he was one of her favorite cousins), who was also a nephew of Shogun Tokugawa Ienari. She of course leapt at the chance to go to such a prestigious wedding (she loved weddings anyway). After all, who knows, she may meat her future husband there?
Then after the wedding was over, and the festivities began, she got her first good look at the bride. When their gazes met, she was stunned. She dropped her glass and didn’t even notice. Such radiant beauty! She had to have her. The look on the brides face told her that the feeling was mutual. Then as that beautiful woman remembered her new husband (who she clearly loved), and returned her attention to him. That triggered Sung to remember herself as well. This was not only a wedding, but her new beloved’s wedding. Can’t draw too much attention to the situation. She tried to get as much of the bride’s attention, which she learned to be Nastalia, with out causing trouble.
Five years later, after Nastalia had 4 children, Sung confessed her feelings to Kichiro. After a few days, he agreed to let her have her way with Nastalia, realizing that his wife returned Sung’s love, but also loved him and remained faithful to him. He had one stipulation, Sung had to remember that HE was married to Nastalia, and had the right to her at any time. Sung ecstatically agreed, and immediately went to work. Within two days, she was victorious, Nastalia finally surrendered to her. Soon, a consenting love triangle was born. After, four years of bliss, Sung turned Nastalia, who then promptly turned her husband.
1. Describe your character's personality. At first she is quiet and reserved, generally found against a wall watching others. She is always polite and kind none the less. To those who manage to get past her initial reservations, she will open up fairly quickly. To those who prove them selves worthy of her trust, she is almost fanatically loyal to. When dancing, creating art (painting, drawing, or sculpting), or just plain having fun, she seems to exude energy and happiness. She is interested in both men and women. She prefers to feed on women over men, but still feeds on both.
2. Describe how your character would appear to a stranger (I.E. typical dress, way they carry themselves etc.). Her clothing depends on her mood, corsets, transparent clothing, leather, spandex, or rubber if she’s feeling seductive or domineering. Dresses, gowns, and kimonos if she’s feeling elegant. But most of the time will be seen in clothing that blends in with the crowd around her, except she refuses to where jeans. Her favorite colors to wear are black, red, blue, purple, and pink. Most of the time she will be wearing high heels. She always (unless on a mission, or just wants to observe) dresses for maximum effect. She carries herself with feline grace. She also is very adept at figuring out just what look to use to get whom ever she wants full attention. She also will be frequently seen with her black iPod.

6. What are your fears? Harm coming to those she cares about (esp. Zoe), this is one of the reasons she joined US Black Ops. To take out terrorists, and others who show little regard for the lives and freedoms people. She also fears axes, though she isn’t sure why. She is creped out centipedes and millipedes, waaaaayyyyy too many legs.
7. What are your character's strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths
Her mind: She has a calculating, cunning and intelligent mind. She thinks a head as far as possible, considers all possibilities, allows for the unexpected, and trusts her instincts.
Embraces both the new and the old: She’s on the cutting edge, learns from the past, and knows how to deal with those who embrace only one.
Natural Knack: She’s a natural with the blade, sniper and pistol
Light Sleeper: Wakes fully alert at the slightest suspicious sound.
Anatomy Knowledge: Her knowledge of human anatomy and skill in martial combat is such that she is able to strike with pinpoint precision. She can manipulate the nervous system to induce extreme agony, pain relief, relaxation, and even sexual arousal. A single strike can often end a confrontation by incapacitating a limb or joint, or crippling an opponent’s ability to breathe, move, hear or see. She can even strike a precise spot to stun and opponent’s heart.
Disciplined: Nastalia is highly disciplined and keeps a tight reign on her emotions. She is slow to anger, is not easily shaken, and even when provoked maintains a steely resolve in the face of conflict and adversity.
Loyal: She is fiercely loyal to friends and family, See will defend those who have earned her loyalty, and will fight fiercely for them.
Weaknesses
Honorable(to a degree): If a mark is appears to have notable skill with a blade, will try to challenge the mark to a dual after dispatching any interlopers/witnesses. Also, will treat those of honorable repute, with appropriate respect (meaning no sniping for one)
Loyal: Loyalty also has a downside: exceptional vulnerability to betrayal.
Mortal Ties: She has living relatives and friends, and worries about their safety.
Reserved: She is very reserved around those not know, seeming cold and distant. Though, if an appealing meal approaches, she will quickly “warm-up” to the person.

Quirks: She has an unhealthy fascination with lava. Also has a mild sadistic streak that emerges around masochists. Is obsessed with cleanliness (except where blood and sex are concerned). Has a soft clear voice that seems to carry and be heard even over louder sounds. Listens to music (very softly, just barely loud enough to hear the tune) while on missions.
Habits worthy of mention: She treats the tools of her trade with reverence (esp. her ancestral katana). Leaves a black lily with her deceased targets if possible, other wise slips it on the deceased at earliest opportunity. Showers/bathes 2-3 times a day.
Personal History:
Nastalia was born on June 6, 1800. Her mother, Hideki, was a sixth generation member of a daimyo’s court; her father, William, was an American diplomat. Her father took her mother’s last name do to the fact that most Japanese couldn’t pronounce his last name, Scheildigerdeian. She had a 4 year old sister at the time. When she was 2, her parents had a pair of twin boys. As they all grew older, her sister took interest in the workings of the court (after all, she’d probably be married off to a member of a court), the twins studied ways of the samurai, and she, learned a bit of everything. She’d listen to the latest gossip from her sister, learn a few moves from the twins, read a few books, and do some art. In 1812, her sister was married off to a member of a neighboring daimyo’s court.
When she was 14, she and her siblings noticed several radical changes in her parents’ behavior. They slept during the day, and woke at night, and several other things that they just couldn’t put their fingers on. About this time, one of the courtesans from the royal court, Lady Sune Sei, paid a visit to the daimyo’s court. The two instantly liked each other and she went with Lady Sei to be instructed in the ways of the courtesan. Two years later, when she and her siblings return home to visit, her parents explained every thing. They had become vampires, as her mother’s parents, and most of their ancestors. Since vampires can’t have children, their ancestors came up with a solution. Have kids before you become a vampire. Her sister flipped and left. After the initial shock wore off, and their parents’ explained more about vampires, the Clan Evenhat, and their family history, she and the twins came to accept their heritage and their parents’ decision to become vampires as well.
Under Lady Sei’s tutorage, Nastalia became the newest royal courtesan. By the age of 18, her star among the men of the court was rapidly rising. Then, Kichiro, one of the Shogun’s nephews caught sight of her, and after seeing her frequently for three months, asked her to marry him, presenting her with a glorious gold diamond necklace. She promptly fainted after he put the necklace on her and she looked in the mirror. After about a minute, she recovered and didn’t let him leave the room for over a day (he had always been one of her favorites anyway). They were married in January of the following year.
However, at the wedding, not everything went as planned. There she met on of her new husband’s distant, but favorite cousins, Sung Hi Lee (who happened to be a vampire). The two fell instantly in love. Here she was; newly married to a man she had come to love, who loved her; and now she went and fell in love with one of his female cousins on her wedding day! She tried pretending otherwise, but didn’t fool Sung. Sung vied for every moment she could get with Nastalia, without drawing to much attention from others. They ended up parting with no one else the wiser.
Six months later she bore her first child, a girl named Sune, after her mentor. Nine months later came twin boys, Noburu and Takehiko. One year later came another girl, Yuuka.
Eventually Sung did manage to seduce and feed on Nastalia, though Nastalia didn’t realize she was being fed on. Although she loved Sung and loved being loved by Sung, she always felt guilty of cheating on her husband. What she didn’t know was, that Sung had informed her husband a year after the wedding of her love for his wife, and that her husband knew Sung was a vampire. Nor did Nastalia know that her husband gave Sung permission to seduce his wife. He reasoned that: a) Sung came to him instead of going behind his back b) She loved his wife c) when he studied his wife he noticed that she love Sung, but loved him as well and remained faithful to him d) he knew about Nastalia’s true family history e) Sung was a good friend f) he loved his wife and knew that she would quietly suffer if he didn’t allow it g) it would test her love for him: how long would his wife wait to tell him of her infidelity. It ended up being three months before she broke down into tears and confessed to him. He then told her about his involvement in the whole thing and that he would allow it to continue as long as it was discreet. Sung moved in the following month under the guise of a different reason.
Sung turned Nastalia in 1828, and she then immedietly turned her husband. Nastalia also offered Lady Sei immortality, though deeply touched that Nastalia wanted to spend eternity with her mentor and friend, Lady Sei declined and died at the then ripe old age of 62.
The three lived together for 116 years, before deciding to break up temporarily. They decided to start a cycle of 50 years apart, 50 together (since has grown to 70 years do to increase longevity of mortal lovers).
Of her children, Sune, became a poet and painter, had 2 children and became a vampire. Takehiko became a daimyo, had 8 children and became a vampire. Noburu became an advisor to a high ranking lord, had 4 children and became a vampire. Yuuka became a wife to a royal advisor, had 7 children and remained human, dieing at 58. Nastalia now has 1,706 great-great-great-great-great grand children.
In 1856, she began to paint, draw and sculpt during the day time.
Nastalia went down the path of the assassin in 1853, after four of her grand children where assassinated. She decided to fight fire with fire. She has watched over her family ever since, striking those who would threaten her family, clan and later, countries.
She picks up her role as a high class courtesan again each time after she, Sung, and Kichiro split up.
She moved to
She became a model in 1996, and will model for artists, fashion shows, computer programmers, and photographers. She also began doing short gigs (1-2 weeks at a shot) at various strip clubs, do to the abundance of people to easily feed on. Plus, it makes it easier to get at some marks.
In 2000, she offered her services to the US government, and became an independent the Black Ops units called on for various missions, usually assassinations.
In late 2001, on a joint US-Russian hit, she was teamed up with the Russian agent Zoe Giovanni. The two got along very well. The operation was a flawless hit, and since they had completed the mission early, had some free time. Zoe’s clear cerulean blue eyes and ass legth hot pink hair totally turned Nastalia on. Nastalia’s exotic beauty and aura of sensuality attracted Zoe. The two became friends and lovers (and Zoe became a meal, but she didn’t know that). They decided to become a team, and neither government complained about the spectacular results.
Zoe’s penchant for masochism brought out a moderate latent taste for sadism in Nastalia. Zoe is the only one who knows about this. After about a month Nastalia told Zoe the truth. Zoe’s thought it was cool, and promptly asked if she needed a “drink.”(they are not in love, they are best friends who both happen to be bi and find each other hot) Now that Nastalia is of age to have a familiar, she and Zoe soon plan to further deepen their bond.
She recently decided to move to Nachton because she figured it was time to move her base of operations (assassins can never be to careful), plus it had every thing she was looking for: a strong Evenhat presence, high class courtesan services, art galleries, malls, strip clubs, fashion designers, and is on the other side of the country from her last residence. She’ll be looking for jobs like the ones she had back in LA.
In the mean time, her family (relatives & descendants), have become heavily involved in R&D in both the military, through Ninjitsu Advanced Technologies Inc., and medical sectors with Nujun Advanced Medical Research Corp. For the military, they specialize in gear for covert ops (things that would also be useful to the clan). In the medical sector, publicly, they are involved in genetic, neurologic, dermatology, and fertility research. Unofficially, they are trying to bring more potential out of vampire blood and the brain, create vampire strength sunblock, as well as enabling vampires to have children.

Accept with a nod give a lady-like smile while evaluating them and then listen to what they had to say.

2. Your character finds a lost child alone on the streets. What do they do? Depends on the child, if it looks lost and scared, try and help or call the police, if the child didn't look scared at all, leave them alone.

Sit back and watch unless: a) her target is in the fight, then evaluate the situation and possibly take the opportunity. b) her planned companion/dinner is involved, then help him/her. c) if a clan member is involved, will jump in unless the clan member had it coming.
