Personal Questions

1. Describe your character's personality: Wes is basically a loaner. Presently, he is very shy and self-conscious, overly so. This is a relatively renascent trait do to him being now slightly disabled.

2. Describe how your character would appear to a stranger (I.E. typical dress, way they carry themselves etc.): He dresses very casually and lacking in taste and style. He has no color sense at all. Most people would miss him in a crowed or see him as a bit clownish.

3.What does your character like? : He most likes music (most types) and reading. He enjoys his studies and treats them as number one in his life. Likes up front people, it helps him sort out who he trusts.

4. Dislike? : Definitely not into lots of people, some are ok. Stays away from crowed places like clubs and concerts.

He dislikes the dating game and the misread signals put out to test people and their intentions.

Having gone through a debilitating life changing experience, he has a low dalliance of able-bodied people who feel sorry for their plight.

5. (For humans) Describe what abilities you see your character having if they were turned.: Don’t have a handle on this yet. Perhaps to fly or to defy gravity in some manner.

6. What are your fears: He is afraid of close spaces do to being trapped in a sewer pipe for five hours at age six.

He also dislikes bugs of any kind, they creep him out.

He is afraid of failing his need to succeed. His new self has not been tested in the real world beyond college. So he has doubts

7. What are your character's strengths and weaknesses: His strength are his mind. He has the ability to understand complex things involving levels of abstract thinking.

He is a true loyal person to those he trusts.

His right arm and hand is very strong, a compensation for the loss of his left.

His weakness is people skills. His disabled status has shattered almost all his ego and self-esteem traits so do not like competition.

Shy around opposite sex more then men. Some observing him may think him gay.

Hobbies & Skills : Music (listens to constantly), Chess (Good but not master quality), Game shows (mostly Jeopardy) and, Long walks.

The skills are being self motivated learned mostly in the Navy. Finding flaws in problems by a sense something is out of place. Reading quickly and digesting the material accurately.

Cosmetic Traits: Here is where we find his most visible outstanding feature. It is something that he is self-conscious about. His left side of his body is deformed. Burn scars on the left side of his face down to shoulder. His left arm was amputated at the elbow. He walks with a very slight limp.

Quirks and Habits worthy of mention

Personal: His childhood was basically quit normal aside from the experience of being stuck in a pipe for five hours at six. He is the older of two boys separated by eleven years in age. This mother was divorced from his father before he was two. She remarried eight years later. His stepfather was basically a decent guy and treated Wesley as he did his own son. All and all his boyhood was full of boy stuff, little league, summer swimming, scouts, all made him a happy kid.

By the time he was in high school he was full into sports. He plaid football, water polo, and Greco wrestling, and lettered in all.

He got just above average grades; enough to keep eligible in sports, but not good enough make college or university. So at nineteen he enlisted in the Navy.

He liked the service and took to the discipline like second nature. He wanted to possible make a career out of it, and even applied to join the Navy Seals. He was rejected the first go around but stayed positive and in has third year applied again. He was waiting for the response to that request when the life changing accident happened.

On August 6th he was in the gun pit, next to the powder transfer room on the USS Mason. He was an evaluator in a firing exercise when the accident occurred. The powder room exploded sending fire and shrapnel into the gun pit. Three men lost their lives and another four were seriously injured, Wesley being of the worst. He was severally injured with burns and a mangled left arm and leg. The leg was repaired but his arm was to so badly damaged amputation was the only thing to do.

He spent almost a year in the burn center and rehabilitation after the accident. During which a settlement was come to with his attorneys and the Navy. It was agreed that the government proved a full ride scholarship through graduate school and a small income for the twenty years after his honorable discharge.

He entered a undergraduate program and did quite well. This can be contributed to the discipline he acquired in the Navy and his determination to make something of himself.

This brings us current to his life today. He is in his first year of graduate school at Nachton City University. He is studying Electronic Engineering at the NCU. His reason for continuing his studies in Electronic Engineering is that some day to do research in the health field area. He wants to find new ways to rehab nerve-injured people. He is focused on getting through the two-year program and get a job with a medical research team.
