You Never Know What You're Gonna Get (private)

Amir gradually became aware of his surroundings. After who knows how long a period of rising from a painful haze, drinking, falling asleep, and repeating that process who knew how many times, he finally opened his eyes and looked around. He was in his room at Heolfor. He had the sense that many people had been in and out. He remembered several voices.

It was comfortably dark, his star globe casting the familiar sky-pattern over the walls and ceiling. He considered turning the light on, something he didn't usually do. Did he want to? He wasn't sure. He didn't think so.

He hadn't moved yet but he was wrapped in warm blankets, and there was someone beneath them with him. Amir didn't have to look to know it was Jin, but he wanted to. So he slowly turned his head to quietly watch the sleeping Nightsman.

Amir was very conscious of the warm body wrapped around him, and he took a few moments to consider the feelings that went through him. He would admit to some confusion, first and foremost. He recalled, though, that every time he'd woken he had been offered warm, living blood, fresh and strong, potent and restorative. He couldn't remember pulling away; it kept disappearing. Jin had to be the one offering him sustenance then. Amir was able to recognize that in his starving state he must have been difficult to stop.

He lifted his hand and reached over, gently brushing his fingertips over Jin's face. Why was Jin here by himself? Where was Mara? Bao? It felt unusual to wake beside Jin. Unusual but... what was the sensation? His mind felt numb.

Amir let his hand still, resting against Jin's cheek. Good. It felt good. To have someone here. Not to be alone. He had felt very alone lately. For a long time, it seemed. Trapped in a nightmare.

Amir turned slightly, trying not to wake Jin, just enough so he could watch his clanmate silently, with dark glittering eyes that blinked rarely but never moved away from the Nightsman's peaceful face.

Jin 12 years ago
Amir had a very good point. It was likely that at least one vampire was in some way involved in the making of the movie. He laughed and agreed. "At least one. Just so they get all the details right. You know because we are all that pale and our eyes change mysterious colours when we use our powers."

Jin stared hard at Amir. "So are they blue yet?"

He made a disgusted face about eating from the plague ridden little girl and looked down at his companion. "I don't know either. She's sick and so...blonde." Jin grinned slightly before looking up at the television again.

Claudia was learning how to hunt and becoming quite the efficient little vampire. Children adapted very well to change; it was a shame then that they would be never be allowed to physically grow. However despite that, the younger ones rarely had the morality issues of their more adult appearing kin. On average many of them, if they reached adult years, tended to be more stable; they did not consider themselves human and did not long for a life they could barely remember.
Jin mused softly. "Well I suppose that's -one- way to adopt a child." Not a good way and one he would never personally condone. "Want kids? We could turn a whole litter. We could be the immortal version of Jon and Kate plus eight...that would be Mara and Jin plus ten."
Amir 12 years ago
Amir tilted his head up, resting his chin on Jin's chest and staring back at the Nightsman, dark eyes staring into equally dark eyes.

"I guess it depends on what awesome power you were trying out," he said with a half-smile. "If it was the 'turns blue eyes brown' power, you're good."

He made a little grunt of assent at Jin's observation. Yes, the little kid was pretty blonde. He filed the tidbit of information away for later. Note to self: Jin doesn't like blondes. It didn't matter whether Jin was serious or not; Amir just noted it and filed it away for future reference or comparison against other remarks. It didn't immediately occur to him to just ask.

Jin's comment about adoption made him laugh as he turned his head back to the TV and nestled up against his companion again.
"Been there, done that," he said in regard to having kids. "I don't think they come in litters - but let me know if you find ten, so I can leave you and Mara in parental bliss for the next century."

The idea of kids, though, well - it wasn't a terrible one. Amir obviously found something pleasing in teaching and mentoring someone younger than he or he wouldn't have created new vampires six (okay seven) times over. The idea of Mara and Jin as parents, however, was even more appealing. He thought they would be good ones.

He was distracted momentarily by Claudia's rather brutal take-down of Lestat following her realization that she would be a child forever. Amir momentarily forgot to criticize the accuracy of vampiric lore in light of the ruthless killing.
"Wow, that was impressive," he said. "Even I think it's pretty cold."

That was something, coming from a guy who'd committed more murders than he could count.
Jin 12 years ago
Jin laughed at Amir's threat to make himself scarce for the next century if he and Mara decided to have a whole brood of children. "Aww, Uncle Amir, we would all miss you so." He smiled down at the Huntsman and held him tighter.

They watched as Claudia came to the realization that she would remain young forever and that both her wards were responsible for her state. She then decided that she needed one of them; wisely she chose the one she was best able to control and then convinced him to help her kill the other one. Perhaps there was some emotion behind her choice but he was not certain that it was not entirely calculated.

He laughed when Amir seemed impressed with the girl's unwavering resolve to kill her Creator. Jin raised his eyebrows. "Its a good thing we don't bleed out like that. It'd be...messy."

Somehow Lestat managed to survive his near death experience living in the swamp. Jin made a disgusted face at the idea of feeding off alligators and digging a hole in the muck every day to keep from burning in the sun.

In the end they burnt their home to the ground with Lestat in it and hurried away on a ship. Obviously that was not going to be enough to kill the man.

"I do not miss that form of transportation. Or it is better to say that I enjoy sailing much more now that it is not mandatory for making it across the oceans." Being stuck in the middle of the no where with a bunch of humans who could turn on you at any point was not his favorite way to travel. Now he could even manage a trip by plane to Australia without needing to feed so everything was much nicer in his world with the invention of the airplane.
Amir 12 years ago
Amir winced at Jin. "Hey a man can only give jackalback rides so many hours of the night. Maybe you could restrain yourselves and start with, I don't know. One."

Nonetheless he laughed softly along with Jin. Both he and Mara were caring, loving people who could only bring good things to any child they raised, human or vampire. Amir surprised himself with the strength of that belief, surely the strongest opinion he had had thus far. Feeling somewhat reassured by the fact that he'd managed to grasp something that he knew was his, he sighed with satisfaction against Jin's chest and closed his eyes for a moment, squeezing.

As the movie progressed Amir began to relax a bit so that he wasn't curled up quite so tightly into a ball and instead melted against Jin. He was beginning to accept that this might be all right, this inclusion. He thought... he could enjoy it. If Jin and Mara wanted it. There was no place he would rather be, really. And he thought that, having been denied his own desires for so long, he shouldn't feel guilty for indulging them now.

When Jin spoke of sailing Amir looked up and raised an eyebrow.
"I don't remember you being particularly uncomfortable on boats before," he said. "You hid it well. I wish I'd known... I..." He paused. Considered. And ducked his head, feeling an uncomfortable mixture of embarrassment and shame. "I probably wouldn't have done anything helpful," he admitted softly. He had been subject to Subira's whims even then. So locked onto her goals and her desires, he'd taken little notice of the people around him.

As Louis and Claudia went to Paris and met Armand, Amir felt freer to laugh, a low rich laugh he never used in public.

"Come on," he said, falsely incredulous. "Who could believe that? Whole families of vampires living amongst humans in a big city, right under their very eyes? Clearly this is the work of an overactive imagination."

Without a doubt, one or more vampires had worked on this movie, or book, he supposed. There was just enough reality mixed in with the fantastic to keep any aspiring myth-hunter confused.
Jin 12 years ago
Jin snorted at Amir's protest, picturing him patiently toting a small child around the yard as a canine pony. He couldn't laugh too terribly hard because he knew exactly who would inherit that job when a child got too tall to ride a jackal.

He leaned down and kissed his companion on the forehead. "I wouldn't expect you to do anything. We were on a mission for the clan." Jin added another kiss. "But your presence was a comfort. Being the only vampire among a crowd of humans in the middle of the nowhere always made me a bit nervous." He would have had to rest at some point and, unlike his sister, Jin did not possess the talents to make certain someone looked after his sleeping form. Having the Huntsman around was always a blessing, not just at sea but during their tasks as well. Jin always appreciated Amir's dedication to his calling, as well as his no nonsense attitude while they were working.

Contrary to that serious behavior, Amir was laughing with good humor at the movie. Jin couldn't help but smile; watching his companion more than the television. He had never heard Amir be so expressive before and he thought it was a good sign.

Glancing up at the movie, he saw the family of vampires putting on their macabre 'play' for the bored Parisian elite who were looking for something shocking and dangerous. He laughed with his companion. "Yes, how totally unbelievable. I can't imagine how they sold that idea to the public."

The degradation of the vampires was more disturbing to Jin than their public feeding. None of them seemed useful for anything. Many vampires were made because they were beautiful, talented or unique. These all seemed to be the first sort and none of them appeared to have any desire to better their empty existence with something more purposeful. It was no wonder that Armand was longing for something different.

"It is a sad day when Louis is a fine example of a vampire with more heart."

The family of vampires took it upon themselves to judge Claudia, her new vampire mother, and Louis.
Sunlight certainly made for an effective death. Louis was sentenced to starve until he was driven mad and eventually faded away. Jin held Amir a little tighter as they locked the man on the television in a coffin. That was certainly not accurate with how things were done amongst the clans, unless Armand was an elder in his area. That certainly had a ring of potential truth. Armand also wanted Claudia and Madelaine out of the way so that he could have Louis to himself. However, he could not blame Claudia without also faulting Louis; so the only recourse was to rescue Louis from his conveniently slower death.
Amir 12 years ago
Jin's ready forgiveness only made Amir feel worse. How many opportunities to help his clan mates had he missed because he wasn't thinking with his own mind? Long ago he had thought Subira's ideals were perfect and that anyone who disagreed with her was just wrong. Centuries had proven that his true loyalty was to Anantya though, and he had rarely been able to act on that feeling except for when Subira's goals lined up with her clan's. The next time someone he respected was having trouble, he would be there.

He was jarred from his musing as the movie took several uncomfortable turns. Squirming slightly, he watched as the two vampires were trapped in an oubliette with a grate at the top for sunlight. Louis, too, was locked in a metal coffin, a fact that had Amir wincing visibly.

Rather than watch what hit somewhat close to home at the moment Amir rolled onto his stomach. He felt Jin's arms tighten around him and that was comforting. It was good to now that Jin understood what was probably going through his head without having to speak it out loud. He squirmed closer, pushing himself up with his toes, so that instead of his head resting on Jin's chest, he was able to lie it upon Jin's shoulder, nuzzling to his neck.

He hadn't said anything in the last few minutes; partly because he was feeling thoughtful, partly because he did not like this part of the movie, and also in part because he didn't want to end up whining to Jin about being sore, tired, and slightly hungry. Again. Or still. So he did the next best thing, which was to distract himself with Jin's neck without trying to eat him.
Jin 12 years ago
Amir turned around and pushed himself up a little further, nestling into his neck. Jin held him close for a moment more. The disturbing scenes passed quickly enough, Armand and his familiar rescued Louis and then the Louisiana vampire killed the entire theater of undead for their crimes.

Jin reached over and picked up the remote. He turned the television off and then sat the device back down on the table. Running his hands in long soothing strokes down Amir's back, Jin sighed softly at the feeling the man's lips on his skin. No doubt Amir was hungry again or would be soon.

There were other ways to take his companion's mind off his recent troubles. He could think of a pleasant one. Perhaps it was not the orthodox method but Jin suspected that it would be effective, at least briefly. His hands roamed lower, each one cupping Amir's ass and squeezing gently but suggestively.

"Perhaps we should stick with the crossword puzzle after all."

He slid carefully from beneath his companion and then tugged gently on one of Amir's shoulders, encouraging him to roll back over. Jin climbed over the Huntsman and laid back down on his side, taking the inner portion of the sofa so that Amir would not feel smothered between his body and the furniture. Running a hand up the inside of one of his companion's thighs, Jin leaned down and nibbled softly on Amir's ear. In a low quiet voice he asked.

"What is a five letter word for 'to run hands over'? I think someone's body in definitely implied here." Jin brushed his hand feather light over Amir's balls and then over his cock, barely pausing to enjoy the feel of them before moving the hand up his partner's chest. "But if that's not clear then I can try harder."
Amir 12 years ago
Amir was surprised when Jin turned the TV off. Maybe Jin thought it should be quiet time for a bit. Amir could do that. He closed his eyes, resting his cheek against Jin's shoulder, giving a soft sigh at the feel of strong capable hands running down his back. When Jin spoke and then moved away, Amir made a soft sound of protest which died out when he realized Jin didn't mean to leave.

He rolled over as encouraged, lying on his back on the sofa while Jin settled himself on the inside of it, alongside him. He turned his head so he could watch Jin with dark, shining eyes, taking in his every move. He felt the hand on his thigh and gasped slightly, sucking in a short breath. Lips and teeth on his ear were followed by Jin's soft voice, comforting and exciting at the same time. Amir forgot the question nearly the moment it was asked as Jin's hand ran up his body and he responded to it quickly. Well, he thought ironically, he might not think he was up to anything physical but other parts of him were very clearly voicing an argument.

"Ah... point taken," he murmured to Jin, arching his back slightly to push against the hand that gently stroked up to his chest. He wasn't sure what Jin's ultimate intention was here but he wanted to find out. Jin said Mara would approve. Jin would know.

"Jin, it's all right?" he asked somewhat breathlessly. He didn't have to speak loudly; he and Jin were almost of the same height. By virtue of having turned his head in Jin's direction, their faces were close together already. "I can't... if this will cause you trouble. I can handle it alone if I have to. If that's better for you both."

And he could handle it alone... eventually. But it wasn't what he wanted. That desire was coming through loud and clear, which was relief in and of itself. Amir might be uncertain of many things right now, but he recognized that he didn't want to handle them alone. He wanted to be with Jin and Mara. Wanted to swallow his pride and lean on them for once.
Jin 12 years ago
Jin paused his hand on Amir's chest and looked up into his companion's eyes. "Its alright." He leaned up on his elbow and squeezed Amir's arm, favoring him with a reassuring smile. "If you are worried then we don't have to do anything but I am not."

Smoothing his hand over his companion's chest again, he continued. "Mara said she loved us both. She has a lot of capacity for love. It amazes me how strong she is." Jin smiled and leaned over and kissed Amir on the cheek. "I have you to thank for taking care of her all these years, supporting and loving her. She knows that you do. I think you're both terribly stubborn not to admit it."

With a grin, he sat up and straddled his companion's waist, sliding the silk bathrobe off his shoulders and setting it on the back of the couch. Jin ran his fingertips down his partner's chest with a wry smile. "I appear to find it a very attractive trait." In both of them; they were both strong and willful but in different ways. It was magnetic, Mara's soft quiet fortitude that was like satin over marble and Amir's dynamic force of personality, his sureness that was as dependable as every day that dawned.

He placed both his hands on either side of Amir's chest, bracing himself on them. Jin leaned down close to Amir's ear and spoke quietly.

"And if you think I am going to let you face anything alone then you obviously haven't encountered my own brand of stubbornness. Face it, Amir, this tiger is in your life now and he's not letting you go."

Jin refused to allow Amir to do the honorable thing by sacrificing his own feelings and happiness for that of Mara and himself. Especially since he knew that Mara would be happier with Amir in their lives than without him. Jin was coming to the conclusion that he might very much enjoy it as well. He had always admired the Huntsman, liked him. He was certainly attracted to him but the small pieces of the real Amir that he had seen made Jin think that he could even come to love him.

"Pick your poison, me or Louis."
Amir 12 years ago
Jin's reassurances worked; Amir clung to them like a ship to a pier in a storm. He closed his eyes briefly, opening them to try to explain quickly about his feelings for Mara. "I couldn't... when I was controlled," he said, still remarkably short of breath for someone who didn't actually need to breathe much. "It wouldn't have been fair to her. I tried to keep it hidden."

And he had been successful up till recently, when he had come to Nachton this last time and things had begun to unravel. Mara had figured it out and he didn't mind. He had devoted himself to trying to get free. He still wasn't entirely certain what the difference was this time around, what had led him to fight harder than before.

He didn't want to speculate right now and Jin provided him with the perfect distraction, sitting astride him and brushing his fingers over Amir's chest. Amir sighed and relaxed a bit. He had forgotten what it felt like to discover someone like this, to realize you enjoyed their company and wanted intimacy.

Jin leaned down and offered him a choice and Amir wrapped his arms around the Nightsman, holding him as tightly as he could. It wasn't that tight. But, he reflected, he was getting better. He allowed a soft, sly smile to drift across his lips, the expression coming easily to him as he had used it many times before.

"It's almost no choice," he teased softly, "but Louis does have the most incredible eyes."

Lest Jin take him seriously Amir turned his head and pressed his lips to Jin's neck, sucking lightly, raveling over his jaw and waiting for him to turn his head so he could taste his lips. This whole setting still felt surreal but it was hard to deny the reality of it with Jin right there, in his arms. For a few moments he dared to believe it was, indeed, real, that Mara might come walking through his bedroom door, find them here, and not only approve but join them.
Jin 12 years ago
Frowning thoughtfully, he asked. "Do you think Sabira would not have let you love her? Or would have harmed her sooner if she thought you did? Surely she knows that you care for Mara, even if it is simply as a Creator to his child. She wouldn't have used Mara as her 'message' otherwise, right?" Jin could not fathom someone being so cruel to a member of their own clan, much less their own family. And yet he had seen it enough to know that to some people loyalty, duty and honor meant nothing.

Jin sighed happily as Amir lavished his neck and jaw with kisses. He turned his head toward the Huntsman accepting the kiss that met his lips with shameless eagerness. Pulling back afterward, he huffed slightly and retorted.

"You wound me." Jin leaned down to bite Amir on the neck, hard enough to make his mock point but not enough to draw blood, after all Amir needed every drop he had and then some. He followed it with teasing touches if his tongue, tracing the impression his teeth had made, then kissing it once before moving onward.

He moved up to Amir's ear, running his tongue along the outer edge and placing a kiss just in front on the little triangular shaped tragus. Taking the lobe between his teeth, Jin tugged gently and then moved his mouth upward to whisper softly to his companion.

"So...before it becomes inconvenient to ask such a thing, do you have any lubricant somewhere around here?" Jin moved further down Amir's legs so that more of his partner was exposed. Taking a section of his hair, Jin used it like a brush, trailing it down the Huntsman's side, across his stomach and the hollow of one hip. He slid it inward and then trailed it slowly up the length of Amir's erection. "Perhaps you can see my meaning?"
Amir 12 years ago
Amir grimaced at Jin, but he had to face this sooner or later. He raised his arm over his head, resting it over his eyes as he tried to gather his thoughts on the subject. "Subira... she hated that I cared for Mara. Even after she and I weren't... together, she didn't want me to feel anything for anyone but her."

He raised his head, moved his arm, and looked at Jin before putting his head back down.
"It was safer for Mara. Subira never liked that I turned her. Mara was shy, afraid of everyone. Subira didn't see her use."

That was why Amir had protected her, after all... mostly.
"I knew Mara could stay free from Subira because of that. I started to associate her with who I used to be, before Subira... took over." He tapped his head, indicating the fact that after decades and then centures of Command, Amir couldn't say for sure who was who in there anymore. "Mara kept me remembering myself. Later on, well, how fair would it have been to tell her how I felt when I couldn't be myself at all?"

He sighed. He could explain further but that was enough for now, Jin would understand most of what he'd said. Fortunately, for the moment Jin seemed to also understand that Amir was confused and already slightly overwhelmed with being free. The return to lighter topics was welcome, even if those lighter topics were, in and of themselves, somewhat complicated.

Amir closed his eyes tightly and wrapped his arms around Jin when he bit him, writhing against him and giving a soft moan. Amir was normally not the submissive type. In fact, he couldn't recall ever having filled that role. And yet, what Jin was doing to him made him want to cling. When had he ever needed or wanted to be comforted? Was this how he normally was?

Maybe, maybe not. But the fact that he wanted it was something. And it wasn't just the physical attention... he wanted Jin. As much as he wanted Mara. It was still a revelation to him, but as Amir held Jin close and tried to press himself closer still, he knew it wasn't a false emotion.

Jin's question startled him into opening his eyes. He rolled them up. Lubricant? His face actually flushed as he realized, no, he didn't have any such thing in his suite. He rarely entertained company, and the last person who had been here had been Dana.

"Massage oil," he mumbled. "It's the closest thing."

The other alternative was tabling their current activity and Amir didn't want that. He wanted Jin. Furthermore, Jin wanted him and Amir desperately wanted to be wanted. The brush of Jin's hair over his skin had him whimpering softly, a sound he barely recognized as his. He continued to move restlessly beneath that gentle touch.

"Please tell me that will do," he groaned, reaching down and gently running his fingers through a few strands of Jin's silky hair.
Jin 12 years ago
That Subira was jealous of Mara made the whole situation make so much more sense. He wondered how much of the woman's hatred of Mara came from that emotion. Did she think of his beloved as useless because she was jealous or did Mara's quirks simply make Subira more angry that Amir chose Mara over her? It was really too late to sort out now.

Jin listened to what Amir said and then spoke quietly. "She's a fool for not looking deeper at Mara. There is plenty of strength in her, more than I have ever seen in anyone." He regarded Amir solemnly but with a fierce protectiveness that hardened his features. "And for betraying you the way she did. You loved her once and I can't imagine ever wanting to throw that away." Jin brushed his hands across Amir's chest as if he could physically claim him from this woman who obviously didn't know what a treasure she had lost. "You're worth more than her and her army of minions." He smiled, his features softening as he looked at Amir with all the growing affection that he felt. "In fact, you are priceless."

When they returned to other things Jin was encouraged by his partner's response to being bitten, perhaps some time in the future he would have the chance to actually taste Amir. It was an experience he looked forward to and one that he wanted to be able to savor when the time was right.

He watched the heat rise to Amir's features because of his question and carefully kept the smile off his face. There was just something so endearing about the normally confident and controlled Huntsman blushing over something he said. It was nice to know that he had touched the real Amir, even in a small way.

The sounds that his partner added more fuel to the desire he already felt. If Amir kept that up it was going to try his reserve of patience severely. His companion came up with something workable for their needs. Jin leaned forward to kiss Amir tenderly, sitting back up with a smile. "Yes, that will do."

He slid off his partner, trailing his fingers once more lightly across Amir's chest before standing up. "Don't go anywhere." Jin smiled coyly before turning away from the sofa. "Where might I find it?"
Amir 12 years ago
Amir remained silent, contemplative, while Jin spoke. His arms tightened around Jin, though, as the Nightsman spoke words that while Amir might not believe, he desperately needed to hear. He clung to those words, unwilling to argue them because he felt so desperate. Jin thought he had worth. That sentiment evoked powerful emotions in him, and that alone was good to feel. He was so afraid that he would feel nothing from now on, that Subira had killed any emotion that was truly his.

Jin proved his fears wrong. Jin's words made him feel. Amir closed his eyes against yet another round of potentially shameful tears; he didn't need to do that again. Why was he so unbalanced? Was he ever going to regain some sort of equilibrium? He supposed it wasn't unusual for this to happen when his own thoughts and emotions had been suppressed for so long.

When Jin leaned forward to kiss him once more Amir returned it fervently, his hands shaking as he brought them to Jin's shoulders to hold him tight. Maybe it was wrong for him to feel this way about both Mara and her lover but Mara had been there for him his whole life, and Jin had brought him out of the sea of darkness he'd lost himself in. He wanted them both, needed them both. Amir did not want to be alone again.

Jin sat up, trailed his fingers away, and offered Amir a smile that promised more. Amir let out a soft, ragged sigh and closed his eyes, thinking for a moment.

"Middle drawer in the bathroom sink," he murmured. "Little clear brown bottle."

He kept his eyes closed, hardly daring to breathe lest he wake up and find himself stuck in a dark, dirty cell, by himself.
Jin 12 years ago
Jin found the bottle where Amir had said it was. Looking at it as he walked back to the other room, he noticed that it was sweet almond oil with the barest hint of pine, cypress and lavender. The label said something about a relaxation mix. Opening the cap, Jin could smell it easily without bringing it to his nose, however it was a nice woodsy scent, not at all over powering and thankfully not cloying.

He set the bottle on the table, and pushed the down the silk pajama bottoms. Stepping out of them, Jin picked them up and added them to his robe off to the side. Then he picked up the bottle again and, kneeling on the floor next to the sofa, he returned his attention to Amir.

"According to the description on the back this, it is supposed to relieve stress and aid in relaxation. So..." He poured a nickel sized pool of the viscous liquid into his palm. Rubbing both hands together, he then reached down a grasped Amir's erection, gliding one hand in long smooth strokes over the entire length of his partner's shaft, the other lovingly fondled the sac beneath, holding its weight in his palm, smoothing thumb and fingers over the soft skin. "Do you feel relaxed yet?"

Reaching into the bottle, he tilted it enough to coat his finger with more of the liquid. Jin stretched his arm back and coated his own opening with the oil. He had decided that with Amir's lack of strength that he would be the one to move for the both of them; however Jin did not want to assume that it was okay to take Amir. He would not ask that of his companion, especially not while he was sore and recovering. It would not be right. Instead he would offer himself.

Jin straddled Amir once more and slowly, carefully sank down onto his lover's erection. Releasing the breath he didn't know he had been holding, his voice was a little shaky when he asked. "How about now?"
Amir 12 years ago
Amir stayed where he was, opening his eyes when Jin came back into the room with the little bottle of oil. He watched with undisguised, feral hunger as Jin removed his pajama bottoms. His dark eyes followed Jin's every movement, sparkling in the low light of he living room, as Jin knelt, poured out a bit of the fragrant oil, and then reached down to take Amir in his hands.

Amir clutched the blanket which had half-fallen off the couch while Jin caressed him, coating him.
"Um," he breathed, his voice hoarse and shaky. "No," he mused. "I don't feel relaxed... maybe you should... keep doing that."

Jin took the next step instead, and Amir felt his eyes widen as his clanmate climbed astride him. Amir had fully expected Jin to take him; he wanted it that way. But instead he sucked in a huge gulp of air as he felt the sensation of being enclosed, slowly sheathed within Jin's body.

He reached up, lifted himself a little, and rested his hands on Jin's hips.
"Somehow - that only makes it worse," he half-groaned.

Amir continued to watch Jin's face, spellbound by the way his silvery white hair cascaded down around them. He raised one hand and brushed his fingers through the silky fall, stroking gently. When each strand had fallen away and his hands were both free he dropped them to Jin's stomach, grazing his fingers over the ridges of muscle there, then to his thighs, aware of the fact that he was, perhaps, teasing just a little bit.
Jin 12 years ago
Jin looked over at the bottle with a mock frown. "Seems like false advertising to me...." Turning his attention back to Amir, he slowly raised himself up and then paused there, looking down at his partner and asking. "Perhaps we should try something else?"

The hand in his hair felt good. Jin sighed happily, closing his eyes in pleasure as he felt the various little tingling tugs against his scalp. It sent a shiver down his spine. He opened his eyes again and smiled softly at Amir, whose hands had moved on to exploring other parts of his body.

Lowering himself once more, he moaned with the renewed feeling of Amir buried deep inside him. He savored it for long moment, shifting his balance and feeling the changes that the subtle movements made. The sensations that it caused made him impatient for more. Jin began to raise and lower himself in a slow rhythm of long, steady strokes, watching Amir as he did so, the pleasure he was feeling, plainly evident on his face.

"Or maybe we should give it more of a chance to work." Running his fingertips over his lover's chest, Jin smiled and raised his eyebrows questioningly. "What do you think?" Becoming a bit more somber, he watched Amir closely looking for any signs of unease before they both succumbed to physical urges that would transform any misgivings into lingering regret long after the act itself was over.
Amir 12 years ago
Amir shook his head at Jin. "I don't want you to go anywhere," he said with blunt honesty. Trying something else would require one of them to move and Amir found himself completely opposed to that idea. "We'll just have to keep not-relaxing."

Jin clearly enjoyed it when Amir toyed with his hair, which pleased Amir, who very much loved Jin's hair. He lifted his hands and tugged again, running both hands through Jin's long hair this time.
"Spectacular," Amir murmured, watching the pleased expression on Jin's face.

The moan that issued forth from Jin's throat evoked a whimper from Amir, both at the movement and the accompanying noise. As Jin shifted, taking his time, Amir pushed himself up further, applying pressure, withdrawing and moving his hips to meet Jin as he moved again.

As Jin settled into a wonderful rhythm Amir released his hold on Jin's hair and placed his hands back onto Jin's hips, helping to guide him. Amir tipped his head back and moaned softly, surprised at the sound of his own voice, needy and desperate. It was a sound he couldn't ever recall having uttered like that before. He saw his own pleasure reflected on Jin's face and marveled at it. Was this what Mara saw? Jin was gorgeous.

Jin's next words made Amir pause.
"Patience," he agreed, restricting himself to one-word answers for the most part. Jin was making it difficult for him to formulate anything more complex. He bent his knees, raised his hips, and tipped his partner forward. As Jin came toward him Amir lifted his hands, caught him, and leaned up to kiss him softly but deeply even as he pushed up again. Not very patient of him, he knew... but patience never had been his forte.

"I'm not going anywhere...unless its with you." Jin assured his companion. It seemed to be settled that they would continue trying out the product even if it never proved to be very good at its stated claims.

His eyes had fallen shut again as Amir once more pushed his hands through the long strands of his white hair. Jin opened them when it, or him, was pronounced spectacular. He blushed ever so slightly, surprised to hear such praise. Quietly, he said, "Thank you."

The sounds of enjoyment from Amir encouraged him to pick up the pace, just a little. He loved every one of those small expressions of pleasure and was determined to be the cause of many more before they were done.

Amir requested that they be patient with their testing, at least that was what he assumed was being said. Perhaps his companion wanted him to slow back down? Jin had only a second to contemplate that possibility before Amir tipped him forward and caught him. He melted into that intimate kiss, moaning softly against the lips pressed to his own. Jin rested his hands on either side of Amir, pushing down more forcefully each time his lover rose to meet him.

"If you kiss me like that again there will be very little patience left for me to have."

To prove his point, Jin increased the rhythm of his movements again, gasping softly each time he rocked back into Amir. He tilted his head down as he concentrated on his efforts. His hair slid off his back. It fell in a silken waterfall that pooled onto Amir's chest. He would move it out of the way in a moment, right now he was more interested in giving his lover what pleasure he could.

Amir considered Jin's last words. He found himself transfixed by Jin's sensuality, the enjoyment he was clearly taking from their movements, from this complete intimacy. He felt his reservations sliding away, certain that Jin would never do this with him so freely if it weren't all right with Mara. Jin was completely honorable and Amir trusted him, high praise for him.

"Is that an invitation?"

His voice had taken on a soft, silken quality to it as he began to remember what this was supposed to be about. He needed Jin... yes. But he wanted him, too.

Their movements had grown beyond a slow steady rhythm to a more intense pace, Jin pushing back against Amir as he took a more active role, driving himself up toward his partner with every ounce of energy he could spare. Amir growled softly under his breath at Jin's intensity, his voice humming dangerously low. If Jin's patience was running short, Amir's was disintegrating at an exponential rate.

The cool weight of Jin's hair on his chest was arousing. Amir lifted his hands away from Jin's hips and watched his partner with wickedly glittering eyes as he gently gathered up two handfuls and began to wind them slowly around his hands. Twist after twist filled his eager fingers with Jin's silken white hair until the slack was gone and Amir was gently using it to pull Jin closer, and closer.

When their faces were close enough to touch Amir gently let his lips brush against Jin's.
"I'm not so good with 'patient,'" he confessed softly, the words whispering out to caress Jin's skin. Amir let one hand loose, Jin's hair once again falling heavily upon his shoulder. The hand still entwined pulled Jin the last fraction of an inch closer while the one Amir had just freed slipped between them, found the velvety, heated skin of Jin's arousal, and stroked him gently.

He added to the stimulus with his kiss, his tongue flickering teasingly across Jin's mouth as he pressed himself upward inside his partner again, and again. Amir had wanted to draw this experience out some but he was failing miserably. He was all right with that. A new door was creaking open and he saw a light within that heralded the beginning of something new and unforeseen. He wanted it.

What was more, Jin had managed to convince him that he and Mara wanted it. And that was amazing to Amir.
