Nara Baker's Hovel

The best she could do to make her money last was to rent a low rate furnished effiency apartment for the time being. She was determined to do better eventually but she had to be realistic. There was a set of somewhat delicate standing screens that divided the single large room, into three distinct areas. The bedroom had a old yet sturdy double bed with lamp table next to it and a matching dresser with a small closet that had a sliding door and a small door to the bathroom that only had a narrow tub with a shower, sink, and toliet. The microkitchen that had a single sink, a narrow stove, and an ancient refridgerator. The living area is the first section one would see coming into the place. There was a threadbare couch, two matching often patched chairs, a coffee table and a medium sized tv that seemed to be the only thing in the whole apartment that had been purchased in the last three decades.
