Making an Intro

I'm a Tacharan but dont know it yet... 
Basically, i'm newly arrived to the City and through a little research and observation, have decided to make an appearance and 'join' this fledgling clan. Some one want to help me out?

I have no idea how this was missed, but Richard should have every idea that he's Tacharan. We should have made you explain what happened to his creator after spending several weeks, showing him the ropes, as it were. You tell us how you know about Tacharan, what happened to your creator, where your creator is now, what is the creator's relationship with the clan, what did your creator tell you about the clan, otherwise he would never be part of it. If that's so, then you walk claness and get your clan section permission yanked.
