State of the art medical facility

The 750,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility was designed with patient and visitor comfort as a primary concern. All inpatient rooms are private with private bathrooms at semi-private room rates, and all feature hotel-style amenities such as daybeds for visitors and data ports for internet access. A conveniently located parking garage with 2,100 spaces streamlines campus traffic and eases both patient and visitor accessibility. In addition, the new Nachton Hospital Center has a nationally commissioned art collection and a Starbucks coffee barista. Nearby, a cascading water wall and greenery from the Vesper Gardens ease the transition to the interior of the Hospital and offer soothing touches that contribute to a healing atmosphere. And, to facilitate communication, mobile phone and PDA use is now permitted throughout the completely wireless-enabled facility.

Patient-Centered Focus
Fine service, a concept associated more with select hotels than hospitals, is paramount at Nachton Hospital Center. A revolutionary concierge admissions service puts Patient Access Representatives at the service of incoming patients and their families. From the moment they arrive, patients are greeted and escorted to their rooms where admissions procedures are completed in privacy and comfort. Patients request meals through room service, with operators assisted by a computer system to ensure that dietary concerns are addressed upon ordering.
