Shopping ((Open))

Suki wandered up and down the strip as the sun faded across the sky. Firey reds melted into purples and oranges merged into greenish blues. She loved this time of night. Once the lights came on she began window shopping in earnest.

With her nice bonus from Cyrus she planned on splurging for some really neat work clothes. Maybe some awesome shoes too. Thankfully she had the night off tonight so she could spend it doing anything she wanted.

Tapping her vibrant red nails against the glass of a shoe store she contemplated going in. It was kind of upscale which made her leery as she had dressed as if for work so she fit in while shopping for work clothes. Her miniskirt was black and yellow plaid with pleats along the back and three large kilt pins down the front flap. The yellow tights covering her legs were then covered again with spiderweb fishnets. Her mock turtleneck was black with yellow and red pinstripes. Everything was topped of with a shiney pleather coat that was longer than her skirt. Her hair was pulled up in a messy array of two braids twisted and tangled up while held in the design by two black hairsticks.

Suki shed her coat and draped it on a chair. Her black vinyl purse was now visible. Its coffin shape probably freaked the saleswoman out more, but too bad for her.

Tapping her lip with a forefinger, Suki inspected the shoe Fallon had requested. Spying a pair she thought would be so much neater for her boss' woman she added a few more to the list.
"Please also bring out the black Choo slingback as well as the low heeled Choo slingback. Once Ms. Tierney has decided I would like to see the Tall boots by Jimmy Choo. Thank you."

She contemplated requesting tea for Fallon but was unsure just what the other woman would want to drink. Next time though, she would know exactly what to request. It was a shame she looked so outlandish today, how was she supposed to pull off professional assistant when looking like little miz goth?!

Quickly working she pulled the sticks holding her braids in place. Once the two heavy ropes were untangled she unplaited them easily. Within a minute the odd hairstyle was transformed into a sedate braid draped down her back. Uncaring if the saleswoman watched, Suki reached under her tiny skirt and pulled off the spiderweb tights. She had to sit down and take off her boots but soon enough she just looked like an odd schoolgirl. Which would cause Fallon no more embarassment.

Trying to maintain an air of confidence, Fallon seemed to be doing okay. The saleswoman's looks were having no effect. However, when Suki suggested another couple pairs of shoes, and then boots for herself, Fallon just grinned. Her new friend was even more organized than Fallon, when it came to these kinds of things. In fact, Fallon's grin came from her awe at Suki's authority. No wonder Cyrus hired her...Fallon doubted there was anything Suki wouldn't be able to do...not with the personality she had. Fallon was full of admiration.

Waiting for the shoes, Fallon got to see even more evidence of Suki's sanguine attitude, and tried not to stare as the woman transformed herself before Fallon's eyes. It really was quite amazing, but Fallon had to wonder why she had gone to all the trouble of dressing one way, just to change now.

"Suki...why are you changing?"

Fallon whispered into the other woman's ear, while the sales ladies were busy else where.

"You looked so cute before...not that you don't look cute now..."

The statement had been intended to be a compliment, but once it left Fallon's mouth she recognized it might be misconstrued.

Fallon, in fact thought it was marvelous that Suki could pull off such a style, and do it so well. Fallon would have loved trying something a bit more on the exciting side, but shied away from it, due to having been told repeatedly that it just wasn't her.

After her time spend in the club with Nic, Alex had gone home to shower and change, she had to do something to get him out of her system, she knew it could never work and that was something she had to deal with one way or another.

Wearing a pair of very low rise dark blue jeans, a black v-neck top with little beads around the neck line and a pair black pointy cowboy boots she headed towards the shopping district, after all she was a woman and she loved to shop and buy clothes.

Stopping infront of a shoestore she looked in the window, spotting a pair of gorgeous black pumps she decided to try her luck and step inside, who knows they might have them in her size if the price wasn't too much.

Spotting two women shopping there as well she browses through the store, finding the pumps she sat down to try them on, taking of her boots she got her nail cought on the hem of her jeans tearing it.

"Damn it!"

Realizing she just said that out loud she looked around if anyone heared her little outburst, lookng down on her nails she wrinkled her nose, she had really messed up her manicure.

Suki neatly folded her fishnets and placed them into the coffin purse. Smiling at Fallon she pulled out her wallet which also doubled as a tiny purse and slung it over her shoulder.

Sitting down next to her second favorite vampire she patted Fallon on the knee.
"They wont take me seriously if they think I am just here to screw with them. Plus its easy to revert to the other style. I'm versatile!"

Noting that they were no longer alone as another woman entered the store. Suki fished out two of her cards and handed one to Fallon while palming the other. "So now that we know eachother, call me for anything. Cyrus needs me, and I do my very best for him. Though really, its mostly networking and I would love to be able to do more shopping."

Giggling she contemplated how to present those expenses on the credit card. 'Well Cyrus, I felt a present to your Fallon would be apropriate so I got her this and had it sent to her with a lovely card from you.' Bouncing in her seat she clapped her hands at the thought until the other shopper started cursing. Peering over the seat she spotted the problem. Broken nails sucked.

"There is a really nice salon in the Piazza, big hotel just two blocks east of here, that could fix you right up!" She commented to the other woman politely.
Alexandra 18 years ago
Grumbling under her breath Alex looked down at her nails, this night just kept getting better and better, she already was in the wrost mood ever and now breaking a nail.. looking up as someone spoke to her she was greeted by the face of a young woman.

Fix her up? O she ment the nail..

"Umm thank you, that's very kind of you"

Managing a smile she looked down at the shoes, trying them on she sighed when they didn't fit, much too big, looking around she didn't see any of the shopassistants around, more talking to herself then to anyone specific she took them off.

"Great.. this night just keeps getting better and better, I should have stayed home"

Sighing she started to put her boots back on.

Thoughts momentarily disturbed by the arrival of another woman, Fallon smiled in sympathy when the woman seemed to be having issues with her fingernail.

"Ouch, that seemed to hurt."

She said more to herself than Suki or the other woman. Directing her eyes back to Suki, Fallon nodded at the reasoning behind the transformation, and then took the hand Suki handed her.

She appreciated Suki's offer, but didn't see herself taking her up on the offer she had given. Suki was Cyrus' assistant...Fallon wasn't going to use her. Fallon didn't want to take advantage of Cyrus or Suki.

Glad to hear Suki had useful information for the other woman, Fallon couldn't help but grin at her new friends enthusiasm.

"Suki is correct...the Piazza has a wonderful salon."

Fallon had even used it once, when she first arrived in Nachton.

The sales lady returned with boxes...lots of boxes, and dropped most of them at Fallon's feet. She then set two boxes down by Suki as well, just to turn back to Fallon. Pulling up a small foot stool, the woman sat down and opened the first box. The shoes Fallon had asked for were there, and she pulled one out, to slip onto Fallon's foot.

"Oh, these feel really nice."

Fallon responded, before she had the second shoe put on, and then stood and walked around. Seeing a mirror she walked in front of it, and admired the shoes. Though they didn't look the best with her tights, she could see how they would look if she were wearing stockings.

Walking back to her seat, she stopped and showed Suki, looking for an opinion.

"Nice, yes?"
Suki Langston 18 years ago
The vibe coming from the other woman was not the most friendly, more angry. Debating on weather or not to hand the woman her card, the saleswoman returned. She had the urge to bounce and squeel in delight at the shoes but restrained herself so she did not embarass Fallon. The double take the saleswoman did upon seeing her was worth the time and effort Suki had taken to transform herself.

Watching intently she noticed that the shoes did look good on Fallon.
"Those do look very nice. Are they comfortable? High enough heel?"

Turning towards the saleswoman she looked at her intensely. "Is the sole leather and what is the heel point made from? Who is the designer and do these shoes have any water resistant coating on them?"

The answers were satisfactory though she would prefer to buy Fallon shoes with leather soles, the pair she had on were good overall, and comfort counted for a lot. Suki had the urge to ask where the second saleswoman was as the other customer would probably like to try on shoes in her size but she decided to cultivate this one with honey rather than vinegar.

"Thank you so much for your time and information. I think we can try these on ourselves, since this nice woman would probably appreciate trying the pumps on in her size." Speaking with a smile and a slight gesture at the dark haired woman across the store, Suki began the job of removing all the packaging materials from the other pairs of shoes for Fallon to try on.
Fallon 18 years ago
Still grinning Fallon now guessed being around Suki would probably keep her in that frame of mind. She continued to watch and listen to the way Suki took control of everything. Initially she thought she might say something...she was an adult too, after all. But then let Suki just keep doing what she seemed to do so well.

Fallon did consider though, how Cyrus had described her to his assistant. She hoped he hadn't made her out to be too incapable. Thinking back to the way she often acted with Cyrus, Fallon could see where someone might get that kind of picture of her. Then again, she also considered it might just be the way Suki was...always ready to take charge and run with things. It shouldn't make Fallon uncomfortable to see Suki so competent, so she pushed her mind away from such thoughts.

Trying on the pair of shoes Suki suggested, with the higher heels, Fallon stood in them and walked back over to the mirror. She definitely liked the way they looked on her feet, but they weren't near as comfortable as the first pair she'd tried on. But the higher heels did do nice things for her legs. Turning around, and looking at them from all angles, Fallon thought they might do well for more personal settings...she certainly couldn't stand in front of a classroom all night in them. Feeling like Suki needed to express her opinion, Fallon returned and modeled them a bit longer in front of her.

"These are really great looking, but a bit extravagant for now...let me try on the last pair."

Fallon sat down and began changing shoes.

"I can't wait to see those boots on you."

She said softly, hoping Suki would try on her pair.

Just as she was about to get up and leave the store she heared the woman who had addressed her earlier talk to the saleswoman who was helping them making her look over at Alex and smile, returning the smile she put her black purse on the ground next to the chair she was sitting in, she was there anyway.. and some new shoes might help bring her out of the thunder cloud hanging above her head.

Damn she missed Nic.. she didn't even know the man but still she missed his presence.. as the sales woman asked her for her size and she gave it she quickly walked off to get her a pair in size 8, for a woman of her length she had fairly small feet.

Getting up from her chair she walked over to the two other women., clearing her throat she made her presence clear.

"Thank you, I didn't mean to be rude, just this isn't my day.. well it was till a few hours ago.. long story, lets not go there, i'm Alexandra, thanks for all the help the both of you offered, I will check the salon out.. I could use some pampering"

This time the smile she gave the both of them was a real one, just then the saleswoman returned with her shoes, sitting down she removed her boots, trying them on she smiled as they fit perfectly.

Maybe this day wouldn't be so bad after all, checking the price she decided that she could affored them, hell she hadn't spoiled herself in a very long time, getting up she walked to the mirror she had seen the other woman stand in front of earlier, lifting her jeans she inspected the way they looked on her legs, yes these would do nicely, turning to the two women she smiled at them.

"What do you guys think? should I get them?"
Suki Langston 18 years ago
Suki watched Fallon try on the Choo's. They looked amazing even with the dark tights. Nodding enthusiastically she wondered just how she was going to slip this purchase past Fallon. Grinning sheepishly she turned towards her own pair to try on.

"Nice to meet you Alexandra. I hope finding such a fabulous pair of shoes helps turn your day around." Suki said as she bent at the waist, pullin on the rust colored boot. The heel was high and the toe pointy. Somehow it just did not look like something she would wear to work. It made her small size six foot look huge as well. She hated that.

Taking it off before even standing up she flipped the long braid back over her shoulder.
"I just dont think these would hold up for an evening of waitressing at the House of Pain."

Stomping back into her battered combat boots she laced them up quickly before standing to shake hands with Alexandra. "Suki Langston."

Deftly twisting her hair up and using her hair sticks to hold it in place she contemplated the black high heels on Fallon's feet. "I am sure you will be going out on a date soon, so get them and wow the socks off of Cyrus!"
Fallon 18 years ago
Having never considered the woman's actions as rude, Fallon just waved off the comment. Holding her hand out, behind Suki, Fallon smiled.

"Nice to meet you Alexandra...I'm Fallon."

Falling into the habits of most of the people she'd met, Fallon had taken to just offering her first name as well.

Peering over to see the shoes Alexandra was trying on, Fallon had to admit they looked really great too. Chuckling to herself, Fallon couldn't explain why shoes had become so interesting to her lately. She only had four pair to her name, and until recently really didn't care much about them. As long as they looked okay with her clothes, and didn't pinch, she was fine with them.

"I think those look very nice Alexandra."

Suki's comment did have some bearing on her change in feelings. Looking good for Cyrus was now a major factor. Fallon never wanted him to be embarrassed by the way she looked, but more than that, she wanted Cyrus to think she looked hot. Knowing their relationship had taken a much welcomed change in course, Fallon didn't want to fall back into the teacher/student one again...at least not for more than fleeting moments.

She thought about 'lay-a-way', and quickly discarded the idea, thinking it would be humiliating to inquire. No...if she couldn't afford them today, then she'd either do without, or save up for them.

"Well, I guess I could get these, and not the first pair. I can get by wearing my boots for a few more weeks, I think."

Trying to see how she could make this purchase work, Fallon just wasn't finding it practical. However, before she made a final decision, she did have one more pair to try on. The third pair were more comfortable than the second, but not near as flattering. They looked better than the first pair, and were cheaper than the second pair, though not by much.

Again standing in front of Suki, Fallon asked one last time for an opinion.

"Okay Suki...out of all three pair..which ones do you think looked the best?"

Now leaning more towards the third pair, Fallon just needed a bit of confirmation one way or the other. She also turned her foot so Alexandra could see them. They were so much more plain than the ones Alexandra was trying on, but then for Fallon's purpose, that was a good thing.

Seeing Suki remove her boots, Fallon wasn't sure if she didn't agree with the other girl's decision. She hesitated offering any thoughts along those lines though, not feeling as at ease with giving criticism as others might.
Suki Langston 18 years ago
Suki nodded, agreeing with Fallon's assessment of the shoes Alexandra wore. "They do look lovely on you."

The last pair Fallon tried on were pretty, but not quite as sexy as the higher pair. Trying to decide just what exactly she could get away with, she stalled for time putting her boots back in the box. "While not as sexy as the last pair these are still pretty. Are they comfortable? Do you like the color?"

Boots settled she dug into her wallet, palming the credit card and grabbing out a piece of rice paper. She blotted her nose and cheeks delicately before folding it up and placing it back into the pocket holding the others. Now she simply needed to find the saleswoman alone and order delivery for the shoes Fallon would not purchase today.
Alexandra 18 years ago
Giving both women a warm smile Alex nodded at the saleswoman to take the shoes to the cashregister so she could pay for them, watching her put the shoes in the box after she had taken them off and carry them away she put her boots back on.

"It's been a pleasure meeting you both, have fun shopping"

Walking towards the counter she took out her creditcard, paying for the shoes she watched calmly as they were put into a bag and handed to her together with the reciept.

Waving her goodbye to Fallon and Suki she signaled for a cab taking her back to her aparment for an early night, maybe she would heat up some of the blood in her fridge and then take a long relaxing bath to clear her head, tomorrow would be a brand new day.

(( ooc. Alexandra out pending responce ))
Fallon 18 years ago
Suki seemed to be trying to help, but as far as Fallon could tell, she thought Fallon should buy both pairs. Fallon knew that just wouldn't do.

"I do like the color, and yes they are comfortable..."

Biting her lip, she ended up 'eenie - meenie'ing' in her head to land on the lower, more practical of the two.

"Okay...I'm getting the higher heeled, sexier of the two."

And because that was contradictory to what she had just settled on, Fallon laughed.

"So what if I don't have breakfast for the next two months."

Fallon winked to Suki, and handed the boxed shoes to the sales lady to ring up.

Hearing Alexandra was leaving, Fallon returned her goodbye.

"It was good meeting you too, Alexandra. Good luck with the rest of your day!"

Her voice had become a little 'sing song', but it was logical - Fallon was happy.

When Alexandra had left, Fallon smiled at Suki.

"She seemed nice enough."

Paying for her purchase, Fallon really couldn't believe she was paying close to a quarter months salary on a pair of shoes. Of course she didn't have the piano rental to worry with, since Cyrus had sent over the wonderful one he had. That thought helped a great deal.

Giving way to the completed decision, Fallon took her bag, and waited for Suki to join her.

"Can I ask a favor of you...rather, another one? Do you think I might be able to persuade you to show me where you bought the pretty underthings you had sent to me? I would love to buy one more set...something special...for my next date with Cyrus."
Suki Langston 18 years ago
"Nice meeting you Alexandra." She waved as the other woman bought her shoes and left. Suki lamented that she had not given the woman her card, but then with the mood the woman was in perhaps she would not have been receptive anyways. Always next time.

Suki smiled and admired the pair of shoes Fallon took up to purchase. "Those are very very sexy shoes. I am sure they will be highly apreciated."

Slipping on her purse and coat she realized that her little coffin was vibrating. Holding the door open for Fallon she raised one finger and stepped back inside the store. "One sec, my phone is going off. Then we will go to Jasmine's which is right up the street about half a block."

Going through the routine of taking her coat off again and diggin in the vinyl purse for her phone she missed the call. The voice mail she got was super though. One of the saleswomen came up to her, making sure they had gotten everything they needed. Smiling gamely at the woman, Suki faked her way through speaking to the woman alone. "Can I borrow your phone for a local call? My battery is toast."

The woman agreed and the two of them walked further from Fallon. Taking the beige store handset she slipped the woman her charge card. "Both shoes that woman tried on, please put them on this card." Scribling swiftly on the back of her spare business card she wrote down her address. "Deliver them here for a $50 dollar tip." Quickly the woman ran the sale without ever touching the shoes left on the floor of the store. Signing the reciept, Suki dropped a five dollar bill on the counter and winked at the highly helpful woman. "Thanks for letting me make the call."

Skipping out of the store and swinging her coffin purse by its straps she linked her arm with Fallon. "Guess who just left a voice mail on my phone. And now, I know something exciting is happening Saturday." She said in a sing-song voice.
Fallon 18 years ago
Smiling, and waiting patiently, Fallon stood outside the store, and just looked around at nothing in particular. Once Suki had taken her call, and came bouncing out of the store, Fallon laughed.

"Suki! You certainly do have an awful lot of energy!"

Taking the girls arm, Fallon began walking down the street in the direction Suki had just mentioned. Hearing her talk about a voice message, Fallon had to assume it had been Cyrus who called, and felt her heart skip a beat.

"Yes...we have a date for Saturday."

Fallon nearly beamed at the thought. She still got butterflies if she thought about the date for very long. There was still a tiny, niggling concern over whether or not she would disappoint Cyrus. But because of that worry, Fallon had tried not to think too much about the specifics of the date, and just preparing for it.

"And that was one reason why I let you talk me into those shoes."

Winking, and squeezing Suki's arm, Fallon teased.

"Your boss is a very special man...I...like him a lot."

Torn between confiding in Suki, and worrying about what Cyrus might think if he found out Fallon had been discussing him with his assistant, Fallon chose to keep the topic generic.

"And because he has done so much for me...I want to look my best for him. I still wish I could have found something really special to give him as a gift."

Letting her mind wander just a bit, Fallon was struck by an idea. The only problem was she didn't know how Cyrus would take to it. And, her idea didn't lend itself well to asking Suki, for her opinion either. But the more she thought about it, the more excited she got.

"Maybe if we pass by a jewelry store, you wouldn't mind if I ran in real quick and checked something out?"
Suki Langston 18 years ago
Laughing happily as Fallon commented on her energy, she simply smiled mysteriously and continued on their way. What a pair they probably made, the odd girl and the professional woman. Suki would have to step up her wardrobe to avoid embarassing Fallon next time they went shopping.

"So its a big event hhhmm?" Swinging the purse dangling from her fingers, they made their way down the block to the lingerie store. "Jewellery hhmm? Traditional or something for the face adornment? Either way we can stop after we get pretties."

Upon reaching Jasmine's, Suki held open the door for Fallon. This shop was tasteful, upscale and kinky as well as decadant. "No looking for price tags, this is special date wear. My treat!"

The rosy hued walls were lit brightly to show off the fine lace, scrumptious silk and shiney satin. Camisoles, panties, garter belts, hose, teddys, baby dolls and even very delicate full length gowns were displayed in a wide variety of colors and materials. If they wanted kinky the leather and latex was along a plum hued back wall beyond the dressing rooms. Beyond that were toys, feathers, restraints and contraceptives. Most of the clientelle never realized that there was more back there than a few leather corsets.

"Now we could spend all night in here, so why dont you point to six quick things and take them in to try on, then I will bring you more based on what you picked out. Ok?"

Walking along running her hands over a silver silk damask corset with sheer ribbons, Suki inquired as to Fallon's taste in many things. "Now about this date. I get to supply you with a variety of good things, so answer truthfully! Cotton or Silk sheets? Chocolate or Strawberries? Roses or Lillies? Bath oil or bubbles? Classical music or bump and grind? Candles or tiny chirstmas lights?"
Fallon 18 years ago
Having Suki refer to the date as a 'big event', made Fallon blush.

"It is an important date."

And when Suki mentioned the type of jewelry Fallon was thinking of, the blush burned deeper. There was no way Fallon could tell Suki that bit of news, so she just smiled at the question.

Walking into the store as Suki held the door, Fallon cast her a mock stern glance.

"You know Suki...I asked to join you as a friend, not 'my' assistant. Really...you're being more than helpful, but I 'can' open my own doors."

Then Fallon broke out into a grin, and put her arm around Suki's shoulders for just a few seconds.

However the grin faded when Suki told Fallon the underthings were going to be her treat.

"Suki! Don't be silly! You barely know me...you can't be buying me underthings!"

And then the fact that she already had, sunk in, and Fallon just shook her head. Looking for something similar to the things Suki had bought, Fallon walked through the store. Her head was turning back and forth, up and down, until she found a rack with lovely bra and panty sets. Looking through them, Fallon picked up one in black, one in red, and one in leopard print. She started to hold up the leopard print one to show Suki, and then wondered just how much she knew about Cyrus, and dropped her hand.

Finding yet another set, but this one with a matching garter belt, very small demi bra, and thong, Fallon slipped the hanger in with the others, feeling her face flush...yet again.

"I think these are enough..."

She reported, and started for the dressing room. Suki took that time to spring yet another bit of information on Fallon, and her eyes went wide, and her jaw dropped.

"Cyrus asked you to ask me all that?"

The importance of the date just increased ten fold...cotton or silk...chocolate or strawberries? The choices were so unexpected, Fallon's head swam with decisions.

"Suki, Suki, Suki!!" She said in a loud whisper. "Please...if all those things are necessary, then use whatever Cyrus likes...I'm flattered to think he wants to do all this, but I really just want to be with him."

She wouldn't say she didn't care, because that sounded horrid. However, in reality...she could be with Cyrus on a blanket in his garden, or on the floor of his suite...with an overhead lamp, a beer, and all his normal plants.

She rubbed her hand on Suki's arm, not wanting to hurt the girl's feelings for the world. Deep down, she didn't think it would matter to Suki either. She knew her boss probably better than anyone, so whatever she chose, Fallon seemed sure to think it would be perfect.

Walking into the dressing room, she began to remove her clothes.
Suki Langston 18 years ago
Nodding solemly at the phrase 'important date' Suki agreed with Fallon. For Cyrus to be making time with a vampire and looking to plan a perfect romantic night, that was amazing. He was such an antisocial social person.

"I am quite happy to cater to your whims Fallon. You have done a quite impressive feat by taming the wild beast. Its just a door."

The next comment caused her great amusement. Instead of assuring Fallon she could and had bought the woman underthings, Suki simply arched a brow upwards. "Those things are nice, but if you have a whole evening we need to have a few choices."

Shrugging fillipantly she began planning a very romantic night. "I think three hundred count egyptian cotton is nice. I can find a wide array of nibbles, both chocolate and fruits. Maybe just a few fragrant blooms, something exotic. Oh and a huge quantity of tea lights. The flickering flames would be perfect mood setter."

Picking out a lovely babydoll set in white lace, a gold teddy and a red bustier with garters, Suki passed them into the dressing room for Fallon. "Honestly, its my job to make sure he gets what he needs, not what he asks for. Like with the clothes before, he just asked for something nice, which I got. Since I knew he was going to that party, and the news said a huge explosion happened I was sure that whomever needed the clothes may need everything and provided it."

"Really, I excell at this kind of thing. I can manage all the details to the Nth degree while Cyrus and his date..." She said with an arch look at Fallon "have an amazing evening."
Fallon 18 years ago
As she tried on the pieces she had selected, Fallon did listen to every word Suki said. It gave Fallon a nice feeling to think she had such an impact on Cyrus. That Suki would comment on it had to indicate Cyrus must have been generous when he mentioned Fallon.

When Suki handed the other things to Fallon in the dressing room, Fallon could only shake her head and smile.

"Suki! I hadn't planned on giving Cyrus a fashion show...I really only need one outfit!"

Yet looking at all the pretty things, Fallon's mind was already racing ahead to when she might be able to stand in front of Cyrus in each one.

The black set Fallon liked, the red one - not so much. The leopard one looked great and Fallon was relieved as she had 'really' wanted to buy that one. The peach colored set was not the most comfortable, and Fallon wasn't sure she could ever get used to wearing a thong, but she put it with her 'maybe' pile.

The baby doll set Suki handed her was beautiful, the gold teddy she didn't care for, and the red bustier seemed totally decadent. Fallon wasn't sure she could pull that one off at all.

She briefly wondered if she might ask Suki's opinion on the outfits, but then decided she really didn't want anyone else to see her in them but Cyrus. It was a little silly, but for some reason it meant a lot to Fallon. So she held up the ones in her 'maybe' pile and tried to decide on two outfits.

The leopard one was a given...no need to consider further on that one. The black one she kept going back to, only because she'd never had anything in black like it before. The white one seemed a bit virginal...a lot more wedding night...which had its appeal as well, but the red...the red seemed so totally opposite, and also seemed to feel appropriate...Fallon wondered if Cyrus would like the bustier effect a little more, thinking it could remind him of an earlier time. Certainly not as early as when he was in his day...but earlier than now.

So she now had things narrowed down to the leopard, the black, the white and the red.

"Those things all sound wonderful, Suki..."

Fallon responded, thinking about all the lovely things scattered around Cyrus' home.

"And believe me, I don't doubt your abilities at all. You've sold me on what you can do, and how valuable you are."

And again Fallon had to wonder why Cyrus had even looked twice at her. Suki...well, Suki was magnificent.

Walking out of the dressing room, with the four choices in her hands, Fallon took the leopard one, and the red bustier, and put the others back. She decided she might return to the store in a few weeks, if she had the need, and pick up the other two then. For now, these two would serve her best.

"Alright...I think I'm done here."

And she walked up to the register with her choices. As she stood at the register, something Suki had said earlier sunk in.

"Oh, Suki? Let's go with the little white lights, instead of candles...Cyrus isn't comfortable around fire."
